Deposits are permissionless. Anyone holding USDG on Robinhood Chain can mint shares at the current price.
How your shares are priced
shares = assets × totalSupply / totalAssets() // the first deposit into an empty vault mints 1:1
Because the price is read at execution time, you cannot dilute existing holders by depositing, and they cannot dilute you.
Where the money goes first
A deposit splits itself in the same transaction that mints your shares: the stablecoin portion is supplied to the lending market and the equity portion is bought into the basket before the call returns. Nothing sits idle waiting for a bot, and you pay the gas for your own allocation rather than sharing someone else's.
There is no minimum and no lockup. Depositing and redeeming in the same block is allowed — it simply costs you gas and spread.
